Home Stockholm Greencastle Linnea Fenchow Milwaukee

A dainty little European flower inspired this collection. Classy, with light tones, flowery patterns, and a soft look, this collection is all things feminine.

Essentially European in style, Linnea favors shades of white, with gold trim and shapely pieces. Everything is elegant, often with tasteful floral patterns.

The Linnea Collection includes lamps, vases, chairs, candleholders, accent tables, china cabinets, and a bed. Finishes include antique-style, high-quality paint, glossy ceramic, fabrics, and gold trim.
History
Linnea
Carl Linnaeus, also known as Carl von Linne, was a famous Swedish botanist who is considered the Father of Taxonomy. Carl Linnaeus ventured around Sweden and all over Europe to classify plants and other species. During his travels, he became particularly fond of a small, dainty, yet elegant flower that was eventually named the Linnea Flower. Because this flower is dainty and feminine, many Swedes have named their daughters Linnea. My family has used “Linnea” as a middle or first name for many generations.

The Linnea Collection, like this delicate flower, signifies class, beauty, and femininity. The collection uses light tones and colors as it takes its inspiration from best of European design. Linnea is comprised of items with carved elegant legs, soft colors, hand-carved details, trims of gold, and shades of whites—all things beautiful and feminine in character.
