Why do I need to register to see the entire catalog?
The Asia-Hand Collection is for approved wholesalers or retail stores only. We do not sell to individuals. For this reason we ask that to view the entire catalog or to receive prices that you register online.
Why do I need to buy as per the minimum quantity?
Actually we are quite flexible about the quantities that people order. We do not demand large production runs, but we do need enough of a production run to ensure we can give to you the best available price. Shipping and producing smaller quantities costs a lot more money than to ship or produce as per a production run we have stated. Customers that need to have smaller production runs should discuss this with us on a case-by-case basis.
What type of payment do you require?
For our Asia-Hand orders we accept the following payments:
1. Payment via credit card (this must be an online payment via our website).
2. Payment via PayPal (this must be an online payment via our website)
3. TT payment direct to our bank.
4. L/C direct to us

What kind of exclusivity do you give?
For the Asia-Hand Collection we do not give worldwide exclusivity on any of our designs. Customers who desire worldwide exclusivity should go to our website www.mondoro.com and have us specifically design and develop products for you. Mondoro gives worldwide exclusivity on all items we design for our customers. For the Asia-Hand Collection we will give exclusivity on certain items if enough quantity is ordered on them in a certain area, country or location. What kind of labeling do the products have?
The Asia-Hand Collection has a hangtag that states it is an Asia-Hand product. We are happy to put that hangtag on your products. We also understand that some customers want to have their own hangtags or names on a product and we respect this. We would be happy to put on your nametag if you supply it to us or to ship the product without any hangtag. Please specify what you would like us to do at the time of ordering your products.
How often do you do new designs?
We try to continually develop new products to add to the collection. This way we feel we can refresh the collection and give you the most up to date products. For this reason we encourage our customers to frequently visit our website for see new and exciting products.
What about replacements or returns?
