Customer Terms & Conditions

These payment terms are for Asia-Hand Customers. As Asia-Hand.com is a division of Mondoro Company Limited, the terms as applied to Mondoro Customers will apply to Asia-hand.com customers. Please see the terms are listed below:

Payment Terms

Either of the following is an acceptable payment method for customers who have been approved for credit:
.    30% deposit via Credit Card or Paypal. This deposit for the Credit Card or Paypal payment would need to be done online via the Asia-Hand site (www.Asia-Hand.com). We must receive your deposit before production of your order can begin.
.    30% deposit before production can begin and 70% payment upon shipment of goods.
o    30% deposit must be paid in full before production will begin on your product. Asia –Hand Mondoro will start to count the shipment date from the date the full deposit is received—NOT the date of your official order or our sales contract date. Customers are also responsible to ensure that all details for the order are confirmed, so there will not be any delays.
o    70% balance must be paid in full within 10 days of the goods being shipped. For payments Asia-Hand or Mondoro receives after the 10 days from shipment date, late payment charges may apply.
.    Asia-Hand and Mondoro will release the container ONLY when full payment has been made.
.    Those companies NOT approved for a credit by our insurer will be advised of payment terms on a case by case basis.
.    Those companies NOT approved for a credit by our insurer will be advised of payment terms on a case by case basis.
.    Customers whose credit ratings change or if the credit company advises they will no longer insure them or consider them to be a credit risk will immediately be given new payment terms. For the new payment terms, customers will be required to either open an L/C or will be required to pay a larger deposit amount (at least 50% deposit) and complete, full payment before shipment of the goods. We will inform customers immediately of this change.
.    Transferable, Irrevocable Letter of Credit. We do not extend credit.

Those not approved for credit will be advised of payment terms on a case by case basis.

Conditions

1  Sales

All sales are final, goods are not returnable.

2  Breach

Failure by the customer to pay for the goods or samples after production has started, or when goods or samples have been produced, will result in a breach of this contract. Mondoro (Asia-Hand) reserves the right to make claim against the customer for all damages and losses suffered, whether financial or otherwise resulting from this breach of Contract. This breach is considered an Abandonment of Goods and will dissolve any and all agreements Mondoro (Asia-Hand) may have signed with the customer, thus permitting Mondoro (Asia-Hand) to dispose of the goods in any manner.

3  Shipping Requirements

FOB Terms: If needed, customer may advise Mondoro (Asia-Hand) of the nominated Freight Forwarder's name; Mondoro (Asia-Hand) will bear all transportation costs for the FOB terms of sale except in the case if the customer decides to abandon the goods, in which case the customer will be responsible for all charges incurred. The customer must pay all freight charges, insurance, forwarder charges (excluding Bill of Loading Charge), and other charges incurred for shipment to arrive at its final destination.

4  Pricing and Other Charges

a.   Order Minimum Quantities— Asia-Hand.com carefully list the minimum quantity for each item. Please carefully check this to ensure that your order reaches this minimum for each item you order. We set minimums as many times we have to purchase materials and supplies and need this minimum to help to get you the best price possible. b.   FCL Shipments— Mondoro (Asia-Hand) encourages customers to ship Full Container Loads (FCL) from the port as listed on the Asia-Hand website, prices are based on Full Container Load shipments. Generally speaking, Mondoro(Asia-Hand) will accept any container size for a shipment.
c.   LCL Shipments— Customers who require to ship Less Container Loads (LCL) will be required to pay a 10% handling surcharge on the shipment. This charge is for all Less Container Load shipments (LCL), no matter the amount of the CBMs. This LCL charge does not include additional charges such as transportation, consolidation, or other fees.
d.   Air Shipments— Customers requesting that goods be shipped by air, will also have a 10% surcharge. Air shipments will be considered as a Less Container Load shipment and all charges and terms and conditions for the air shipment will be the same as for the LCL shipments as listed above.
e.   Transportation and Consolidation Charges— Prices are based on the FOB port or shipping region as listed online price. If customer requests to have items shipped from another port not listed on the price sheet or goods to be consolidated that have various FOB port listed on the price sheet, consolidation and transportation charges will apply. Mondoro (Asia-Hand) will give you the consolidation and transportation charges on a case by case basis. Until the transportation or consolidation is done, Mondoro (Asia-Hand) can only estimate the price for this, but a confirmed price can only be given once the consolidation and transportation has been completed. Please see the section on Shipping Requirements for more information on shipping and Port Discharge for more information on consolidation fees.
f.   Fumigation and Other Charges— In some circumstances, products may be required to have fumigation or other certification in order to be shipped to their destination. Customers will be required to pay for these charges. As in the case of fumigation, the customer must ensure they order enough goods so the fumigation can take place. Fumigating small quantities can be a problem. For more information on this, please contact the Asia-Hand Shipment Office (orders@asia-hand.com)


5  Payment

Mondoro must receive payment in full before goods are released to the customer. Payment is due when proof of shipment is given to the customer. If customer fails to pay after shipment, the title of all goods shall remain with the supplier and the customer shall have no right to sell or dispose of the goods, in any manner, until full payment is received. Mondoro (Asia-Hand) reserves the right to file claims with collection agencies on any unpaid accounts at any time after the 30 day payment period has passed.


6  Port of discharge

Goods will be delivered to the port of discharge as listed on this Sales Contract. If consolidation is required for goods to various ports or destinations, there may also be additional charges incurred for the consolidation handling.


7  Product Information

Mondoro (Asia-Hand) will produce products as per the photo of the Asia Hand webpage. Customers are encourage to look carefully at all the information given on the Asia Hand Webpage. For customers who may ask for special colors or special items that have changes or adjustments prior to manufacture, Mondoro (Asia-Hand) must have complete and clear product information before processing the order..
