A forwarder or Shipping Agent must be nominated by the customer unless you authorize us to help you find one. |

How to Order
You can order the Asia-Hand Collection using several convenient methods:

Online – For our registered users, Asia-Hand has an online ordering system where you can order from the convenience of your own office or home. |
| 2. |
Fax – You may fax your order to China at (86) 758 269 6652 or send to our toll free US fax number 1-866- 255- 3078 and then we will process your order. |
| 3. |
Email – you can email us your order directly at orders@asia-hand.com |
Whether you choose to order online or not, Asia-Hand will keep a record of your order history online on our website.
Online Ordering:
All online orders that you place will first be a Pending Order. The reason for this is that we need to check the order for the following:

Loadability (quantities needed for a container) |

Regions of the Order |
Once this has been checked them we will get back to you with a Confirmed Sales Contract. At that point you will be asked to pay the deposit or arrange payment for the order to begin. This is done by the following:

Login to the Asia-Hand webpage using your personal login and password. |
| 2. |
Go to the My Accounts tab. |
| 3. |
Click on Pending Orders. |
| 4. |
Click to see the details on the Pending Order, check that all is correct. |
| 5. |
Once all is correct, then click Confirm Order. |
| 6. |
Select kind of payment:, i.e. credit card, PayPal, Telegraphic Transfer or Letter of Credit. Production will NOT start until this is completed.. |
Ordering By Fax or Email
You may prefer to send us your order by fax or email. You can easily do this by faxing us in China at (86) 758 269 6652 or using our Toll Free US fax number a 1 866 225 3078. If you prefer you can also email us at orders@asia-hand.com
When we receive your order, and the order has been confirmed, we will input it into our online system, so you can check the status and other order information online. You will also then be able to review your order history.
If you desire to pay online, you follow the steps above and still make an online payment by entering your login and password and following the steps as listed above. If you do not want to do this then you can advise us by fax or email when the deposit or Letter of Credit is issued. We will not start your order until we have received your deposit or letter of credit.
Ordering
Once we have received your confirmed order and your deposit and payment we will start to process your order. You will be assigned a Product Manager who will work with you in completing the order and communicating during the production process. A member of the Shipment Department will also work with you to confirm your order. He/she will come back to you with the following:

A Sales Contract will be sent to you which confirms the following:

Item numbers we assign to each item. |
| b. |
Quantity(s) you have ordered. |
| c. |
Cubic Meters(s) of your order. (In case your order may not fit in a full container load, we will ask you to add or delete to your order to allow the container to be shipped the most efficient and effective way possible. |
| d. |
Shipping region for your order. Please check this before you order the goods. |
| e. |
Estimated Shipment date of your order. |
| f. |
Deposit and payment information for your order.

For your ordering convenience all this will also be online for your check and login into your secure account any time. |

| 2. |
Once the sales contract is confirmed and a 30% deposit is received or confirmed Letter of Credit is received, production will begin. The production date will be calculated from the date we receive your deposit or Confirmed Letter of Credit. |

Note: We encourage our customers to ship full containers, i.e. either a full 20', 40', 40'HQ or 45” container. Shipping full container will ensure that your goods arrive at your destination safely. For any items we need to ship a Less Container Load, a 10% surcharge (estimated) will be added on to the order.
Hangtags:
Asia-Hand has several options for our customers for Hang Tags and Carton Marking. A customer can advise which hangtag we can use when they register for an account or they can go into My Accounts at any time to change their request. Also on the order form it will show what kind of hangtag will be used on the product. The options for the hang tags are listed below:

Asia Hand Hangtag- This is a hangtag with the Asia Hand logo on it and looks as follows. This hangtag will have the customers item number on it and other information. Example of this hangtag is below: |

Your Own Hangtag: If you have a specific hangtag you would like to have on the products we would be happy to be them on. We would need for you to send to us these hangtag, along with instructions of where to put them on the products. |

No Hangtag: Some customers prefer not to have any hangtags on the products. If this is your preference we will gladly follow your requests. |
Carton Markings:
There are several ways that your carton can be marked for your shipment. Customers can advise us when they register or go into My Account and edit their requests. Your carton marking will appear on the order form. The ways a carton can be marked are listed below:

Your Carton Markings: We would be happy to print and mark the cartons anyway you require. In order to do this we would need to have the carton markings at the time that you place the order with us. |

Shipping Regions
The Asia-Hand Collection utilizes various shipment regions to deliver products. All the products we sell are on FOB shipping terms and only include the cost to ship to our port—not the cost to ship to the final destination. Our customers are responsible for the shipment cost to the final destination.
Below is a list of our standard Shipment Regions for the Asia-Hand Collection:
Region 1—FOB Guangdong, China (Southern China)
Region 2—FOB Haiphong, Vietnam (Northern Vietnam)
Region 3—FOB Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam (Southern Vietnam)
Region 4—FOB Ningbo, China
Region 5—FOB Fuzhou, China
A full container load is calculated as follows:
20’ container—25 to 27 cbm (Cubic Meters)
40’ container—55 to 58 cbm (Cubic Meters)
40’HQ container—63 to 69 cbm (Cubic Meters)
45’ container—72 to 75 cbm (Cubic Meters)
The Asia-Hand website will automatically calculate the CBM loadability for your region(s) and your container.
Customers who cannot fill a container may purchase based on a Less-Container Load shipment, but there will be additional charges for this service. Please click here to learn more about this in our Terms and Conditions.
Asia-Hand designers are mindful of the obligation to protect the environment. We do our best to select earth friendly or recycled materials. Products which have the Go Green! logo are products that keep the environment in mind and are consider to be eco friendly.
Some of the eco friendly materials we use are as follows:
Recycled and reclaimed woods
Bamboo, including spun bamboo
Earth friendly porcelains
Other natural materials such as walnut, banana leaf or other renewable products.

We realize that sometimes you want to have a product that will look just as good outdoors as it does indoors. For this reason some select Asia-Hand products are designed for daily use both in and outdoors. These products would be treated with a finish that can withstand the elements of outdoor living, but will also look great indoors. They are as comfortable outside as they are inside. Look for the label on selected Asia-Hand products that have an In&Outdoor label and this allows you the flexibility to use this product for in or outdoor use.
